Governor Tom Corbett has appointed community leaders to represent the best interest of Pennsylvania’s Latino/ Hispanic community as members of the Governor’s Advisory Commission on Latino Affairs (GACLA)

Governor Corbett has named Ofelia Cardesa (GACLA) Commissioner for Lackawanna County .  The swearing in ceremony was performed by Judge Juan Sanchez in Chester Courthouse on Friday August 3rd.
